Cristiano Ronaldo’s post-match speech after rejection from 2023 Ballon d’Or nominees list: ‘I don’t care much about records’

Portuguese 38-year-old super player Cristiano Ronaldo went vocal with his feelings concerning world records and his global rating. His speech seemed to be about the 2023 Ballon d’Or award nomination and his suspected race with Argentine Lionel Messi.

The five-time Ballon d’Or winner was rejected from the list of favourite candidates for the 2023 Ballon d’Or awards, an incident that made a lot of headlines. Some netizens think Cristiano Ronaldo was alienated by the West and Europe and that his decision to go to Saudi Arabia and the door it opened were the reasons. His recent statements show he has no intentions of competing with Lionel Messi or winning any more awards. ‘Glamour Boy’ has chosen to enjoy his few remaining days on the pitch instead.
